Work through all the dialogue options
with Oscar. He doesn’t like the damp
atmosphere, here in Barrockstadt. It
seems that the train is stuck here for a while, because it needs winding. Click on the door at the top, to leave the
cabin.

You arrive in Valadilene on a cold, wet,
stormy day. Look out the front door on
the right - you’ll wait for the storm to end, before going outside. Look at the Notice Board on the back wall,
and take the ADVERTISING BROCHURE.
Read through the ADVERTISING BROCHURE to learn some background
information about the village, and the Automatons. Try to pick up your suitcase, which is lying
next to the coat stand - you’d like some help to carry it upstairs. Walk over to the Reception Desk, and click on
the bell on the counter to see a close-up of the counter.

Watch the cut scene, as you, Nico, and
Eva arrive in Montserrat. Look at the
Cathedral on the right - that’s where the Tabula is supposed to be. Notice the 3 guards, guarding the stairs of
the Cathedral. Talk to them - they each
give you a different excuse as to why you can’t enter the Cathedral! There’s no way you can get past these guys,
so you’ll have to find another way into the Cathedral. Head down the stairs at the bottom right.

After the intro, you find yourself
trapped in your office, with your new client, Anna Marie.
After your last adventure, you’ve now
settled down, and run a Bail Bonds agency in New York. Anna Marie was waiting for you in your
office, and she asked for your help. She
mentioned a manuscript. Then a couple of
thugs appeared, and begin shooting the place up, leaving you and Anna Marie
trapped in your office. You have to find
a way out of here.

Eventually, he manages to summon Arivald from the dead. But he’s so scared, he runs away.
