CHAPTER 6: RETURN TO KOMKOLZGRAD

FACTORY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PATHWAY
Watch the cut scene, as Helena Romanski
performs magnificently. However, Serguie
goes back on his word! Instead of
returning Oscar’s hands to you… he imprisons Helena in a cage! You HAVE to rescue her!
Climb up the stairs, towards the pipe
organ, where Helena is trapped in the cage.
PIPE ORGAN \ CAGE
Watch the cut scene. Helena pleads with you to help her. Click on the cage door to see a
close-up.
Use METAL SHEARS with the padlock
on the door. The door opens… Helena is
free from the cage. You tell her to get
out of here while she still can.
However, you still have some unfinished business. Click on the organ player in the cage, on the
left, to see a close-up.
Use the SCREWDRIVER with the
hands - you finally have OSCAR’S HANDS back. Exit the close-up.
Walk left, and climb down the
stairs.
PATHWAY
Go down to the next screen.
Helena is waiting for you here. Watch the cut scene as you and Helena try to
escape the factory.
You automatically open the door leading
outside. However, Serguie is determined
to make things as difficult as possible for you. As soon as Helena steps through the door,
bars shoot up from the ground, blocking your exit. You give OSCAR’S HANDS to Helena, and
tell her to wait for you in the train, while you try to find another way out of
here. Enter the lift at the top of the
screen.

UNDERGROUND MINE
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TUNNEL
The lift takes you back up to the
underground mine. Head down, and
continue along the tunnel, until you hear a loud bang. What was that? Go back down, to the lift you just came
from.
Hmm, Serguie blew up the lift. So you can’t go back down to the
Factory. Again, head down the
tunnel. Continue along the tunnel, until
you see the generator on the left.
The lift leading up to the surface is
here. Click the lever on the right, to
call the lift.
Uh-oh!
There’s a bomb in the lift, and it’s going to explode any second! You automatically run!
Serguie REALLY doesn’t want you to
leave! After you hear the bomb explode,
head back down, and follow the tunnel to the end.
Damn!
The lift is completely destroyed.
There’s no way you can escape this way.
Walk down to the next screen.
The explosion from the lift, also blew
the cover off the ventilation shaft.
Climb through the ventilation shaft on the right.

TRAIN STATION

KOMKOLZGRAD STATION
Phew!
You made it out! Head up the
platform, and follow the platform along, until you see Oscar in his engineer’s
cabin.
It’s good to see him again. Talk to Oscar, and watch the cut scene. When you’ve finished talking to Oscar, walk
right, to the next screen.
Board the train.

TRAIN

TRAIN - EXTERIOR
Open the door and enter the cabin.
TRAIN - MAIN CABIN
Watch the cut scene. Serguie’s trick’s aren’t over yet - the giant
cowboy automaton rolls towards your train, and it now has bars across,
preventing the train from leaving. You
get a phone call from Dan. As you talk
to him, you realise that you don’t miss your old life in New York at all. Open the door, and leave the cabin.
TRAIN - EXTERIOR
Leave the train via the Exit on the
right.

TRAIN STATION

KOMKOLZGRAD STATION
Head up the platform, to the next
screen.
Talk to Oscar. You have to do SOMETHING to get rid of the
bars on the giant cowboy automaton. Walk
right to the next screen.
Head down to the next screen.
The lift leading down to the mine is
completely destroyed. But look at the
box on the left, to see a close-up.
Take DYNAMITE from the box, then
exit the close-up.
Head up, and follow the platform along,
until you reach the leg of the giant cowboy automaton.
Attach the DYNAMITE to the
cowboy’s leg. Watch the cut scene, as
you, Helena, and Oscar finally manage to leave this cursed place!
The train takes you back to
Aralbad.
