ST GEORGE’S BOOK SHOP
Grace shakes you awake. She had followed you last night,
and brought you home when you were in trouble. She tries to warn you that
Malia is the Voodoo Priestess responsible for the Voodoo Murders, but you don’t
want to hear it. She urges you to call Uncle Wolfgang, who knows more
about this stuff than you do. When Grace leaves, use the phone on the
dresser next to your bed. Dial Wolfgang Ritter’s number - 011 4909 324
3333. Ask about everything. If you haven’t done so already, take
the TORCH from
the dresser next to your bed. Now walk through the curtain, into the
shop.
Read
the newspaper on the counter. Get some coffee from the coffee machine on
the counter. Leave the shop.
MAP
Go
to St Louis Cemetery.
ST LOUIS CEMETERY
Walk
up, past the Watchman on the right, to the Gedde tomb.
Look
at the switch on the tomb. Use the switch to access the tomb.
If
it’s still locked, you need to go back and call Uncle Wolfgang again.
It’s pitch black inside the tomb. Use your TORCH on the
darkness, to get some light. Find the middle drawer and try to open it -
it‘s locked. Look at the ossuary on the left, then use the ossuary to get
a close-up. Notice how some of the skulls have gems. Concentrate on
those skulls, and press them in the following order.
- Top
- Bottom
- Left
- Right
- Centre
The middle drawer popped open. Use that drawer to pull it
all the way open. You’re shocked to see Detective Mosely’s body in the
drawer! You drop your torch, then someone knocks you unconscious.
When you finally wake up, use that middle drawer again. Detective Mosely
is gone! But there’s a wallet in here. Pick up DETECTIVE MOSELY’S WALLET.
In your Inventory, use DETECTIVE
MOSELY’S WALLET to find a CREDIT CARD. Use
the red button on the right to leave the tomb.
Walk
left, then down, to leave the Cemetery.

Go
to St George‘s Book Shop.
ST GEORGE’S BOOK SHOP
Grace
tells you that Wolfgang Ritter called when you were out. It’s time for
you to get out of New Orleans, while you still can. Walk up through the
curtain on the right, into your bedroom.
Use
the phone on the dresser next to your bed. Call Wolfgang - 011 4909 324
3333. Hmm, he’s unavailable. Damn! Note the listing for “C“
The World Travel Agency in the phone listings. Use the phone and call the
Travel Agent - 555 0113. Use the following dialogue options.
- Rittersberg, Germany?
- Charge it.
You
can pick up your ticket from the airport. Walk through the curtain, into
the shop.
Talk
to Grace, and use the following dialogue option.

End
the conversation with her, then leave the shop.

Click on the box marked ‘To
Greater New Orleans Map’.
Go
to Airport.
AIRPORT
Watch
the scene, as you fly to Germany, and arrive at Schloss Ritter.
SCHLOSS RITTER, GERMANY
Talk
to Gerde and ask about everything with her. When conversation is over,
walk through door on the right, into the chapel.
Look
at the stained glass window in the chapel. Look at the altar in front of
the stained glass window. Look at the wall panels on each side.
Walk down, back to the Great Hall.
Talk
to Gerde and ask about the following topics.
- Chapel Panels
- Initiation Ceremony
End
the conversation with her. Walk through door on the right, into the
chapel again.
Look
at all 6 panels on the wall. They describe the Initiation Ceremony that
Gerde told you about. Now walk down, back to the Great Hall.
Take the SALT
SHAKER from the desk, next to Gerde‘s lunch. Look at
the stone lion next to the stairs, and look at the weapons next to the stone
lion. Take the RITTER
DAGGER from the collection of weapons. Now climb up
the stairs, into Wolfgang‘s bedroom.
Explore the bedroom. Look at dresser on the right.
Take SCISSORS and
take CHAMBER
POT from on top of the dresser. Look at display case
on the wall on the right. Open the display case and take the SCROLL. Use
the SCROLL in
your Inventory to read it. Look at the wooden door on the left, and try
to open it, but it’s locked. Look at the poem above the door. Open
the window, and use the puddle of water - you wash your hands in the
water. Use SCISSORS on
yourself to cut a lock of hair. When you’re ready, open door on the
right, and leave the bedroom.
Talk
to Gerde and ask about the following topic.
- Portal Poem
Gerde
translates the poem into English for you. Now walk through door on the
right, into the chapel again.
In the chapel, place the CHAMBER POT onto the altar. Pour
the SALT SHAKER into
the CHAMBER POT on
the altar. Use RITTER
DAGGER on yourself to cut your arm. Use the altar to
kneel down in front of it. Use the SCROLL on yourself to read it out loud
and complete the ritual.
Watch
the cut scene to end Day 7.
