DON & ADRIENN’S BEDROOM
You’ve
had enough! Don is too far gone, and you decide to leave. But then,
you catch sight of a photo of you & Don from happier times, and memories
come flooding back. Can you really just abandon him like this?
When
you’re ready, leave the Bedroom.
2ND FLOOR
HALLWAY
Enter
the Conservatory on the left.
CONSERVATORY
Look
at the unfinished painting. It’s finished now, and it’s terrifying!
Leave the Conservatory.
2ND FLOOR
HALLWAY
SAVE YOUR GAME HERE. Walk down to the next
part of the Hallway.
Enter
the Nursery.
NURSERY
Notice the baby photo on the wall is now hanging squint.
Look at the GLASS
SHARD on the floor. If you don’t have
the CAMEO,
make sure you pick up this GLASS
SHARD. Leave the Nursery.
2ND FLOOR
HALLWAY
Climb down the stairs to the 1st Floor
Hallway.
1ST FLOOR
HALLWAY
The Bathroom \ Darkroom door is open, but DO NOT enter it
yet. Make your way down to the Ground Floor Entrance Hall.
GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE HALL
Walk
down & right, to the other end of the Hall.
Head
up through the door in the back wall, into the corridor.
CORRIDOR
Go
through the door at the end of the corridor, into the Library.
LIBRARY
Look
at the magazine on the table - it contains a review about Carno‘s
Phantasmagoria stage show. Climb through the fireplace on the right, into
the Chapel.
CHAPEL
Walk
down & right, so you can clearly see the wall. Look carefully at the
wall, and press the button to reveal another Secret Passage. Enter the
Secret Passage.
SECRET PASSAGE
Follow
the Passage along, until you reach the Crypt.
CRYPT
Explore the Crypt. Look at each sarcophagus, and find
Marie’s sarcophagus. If you didn’t get the CRUCIFIX from Lou
Ann in town, take ROSARY
BEADS from Marie’s sarcophagus. Also, find Carno’s
sarcophagus. When you’re ready, leave the Crypt.
SECRET PASSAGE
Follow
the passage back along. Open door at end of the passage, and return to
the Chapel.
CHAPEL
Leave
the Chapel through the brick wall on the left.
LIBRARY
Leave
the Library through door on the left.
CORRIDOR
Walk
down the corridor, to the Ground Floor Entrance Hall.
GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE HALL
Walk
right, then up, to the other end of the Hall. Go through the blue door in
the blue wall, and head through that door into the Theatre.
THEATRE
Walk
down towards the stage.
If
you haven’t done so already, look at the machine in the right corner of the
stage, and watch the horrifying scenes with Carno and his stage show. Go
through door on the left, into the Make-Up Room.
MAKE-UP ROOM
Search Don’s jacket on the floor to find the little SNOWMAN ORNAMENT in
his pocket. He gave you this ornament on Christmas Eve, the day he
proposed to you! Leave the Make-Up Room.
THEATRE
Leave
the Theatre.
GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE HALL
Head up the stairs, to the 1st Floor
Hallway.
1ST FLOOR
HALLWAY
SAVE YOUR GAME HERE. Before you progress any
further, make sure you have the following items.
- SNOWMAN ORNAMENT
- ROSARY BEADS or CRUCIFIX
- GLASS SHARD or CAMEO
When
you have all those items, walk up to the next part of the Hallway.
Enter
the Bathroom \ Darkroom on the left.
BATHROOM \ DARKROOM
Don’s been busy! Not only has he converted this room into
a Darkroom, but you are shocked to see dozens of photos of you, all over the
wall… all with the heads snipped off! Don sneaks up behind you.
He’s completely unhinged now, and he attacks you. When you are able, take
the DRAIN
CLEANER from the counter next to you, and throw it in his
face. When he lets you go, grab the MAGIC BOOK from the table. Don
grabs you again, and drags you down to the Theatre.
THEATRE
Don begins strapping you into the Torture Chair. As soon
as you are able, show him the SNOWMAN
ORNAMENT . Don remembers the SNOWMAN ORNAMENT, and
comes to his senses. You have to be quick here. As he’s looking at
the SNOWMAN ORNAMENT,
pull the lever on the side of the Torture Chair. The axe comes down,
killing Don, instead of you. Poor Don! He never asked to be
possessed by an evil demon!
Without
an unsuspecting host, the demon is loose, and the mansion begins falling down
around you. You have to escape! DON’T click on the door. Look
at the wall on the right, and click on the wall to enter the Secret
Passage.
SECRET PASSAGE
Follow
the passage right, and down the stairs. You come to a big gap in the
floor, which is too big for you to jump across. Grab the pipe above you,
and use it to get across the gap. Continue along the passage, until you
reach the wooden door. You manage to open the door just in the nick of
time, and run into the room, slamming the door behind you.
SMALL ROOM
Quickly
pull down the wooden bar on the left of the door, to bar the door. But
you’re not safe yet! Quickly run left & down - you reach an
Altar.
ALTAR
Look at the Altar. This is the place to contain the demon,
and send it back to where it came. Place MAGIC BOOK on the
Altar, and start reading from it. The MAGIC BOOK mentions
a TALISMAN.
Carno’s body is lying on the floor, next to the Altar. Search his body to
find the TALISMAN.
Place TALISMAN onto
the MAGIC BOOK.
Read from the MAGIC
BOOK again. Use the GLASS SHARD (or
the CAMEO)
on yourself to cut yourself, and make yourself bleed. Read from the MAGIC BOOK again.
Place the CRUCIFIX (or
the ROSARY)
on the MAGIC BOOK.
Now watch the final cut scene to end the game.
Wow,
that was INTENSE! But you did it, Adrienne. You beat the demon, and
sent it back to where it came from. The nightmare is over.
