LEVEL 1:  IF AT FIRST YOU DON’T SUCCEED

This is a repeat of Fun Level 15: Don’t Let Your Eyes Deceive You.  Except this time, you have to save more Lemmings, with less time.  Since you have less time, you have to use slightly different tactics now.  

The Lemmings fall down, and head right.  Turn your first Lemming into a Climber, and a Floater.  He climbs up over the pillar.  Ignore the rest of the Lemmings for now.  

When your Climber is on top of the second pillar, turn a right-facing Lemming into a Miner, and let him mine down & right for a while, until he is at the level just below the stairs.  Now turn him into a Basher.  






Focus on your first Lemming again.  When he reaches the end of the path, turn him into a Builder.  Make sure the bridge is lower than the level of your Basher.  







Make the bridge long enough to go all the way over the gap.  At the next gap, turn him into a Builder again.  






The other Lemmings are fast approaching, so don’t linger.  If necessary, turn the next Lemming into a Builder also, to help out the first Builder.  When this bridge is built, sit back, and watch them reach home.  With any luck, you’ll just make it!  




LEVEL 2:  WATCH OUT, THERE’S TRASH ABOUT

Time: 5 minutes


The Lemmings drop from 2 different trapdoors, and immediately head right.  Turn the first Lemming from each trapdoor, into a Digger, so they dig straight down for a while.  This creates a hole that contains the Lemmings safely.  Now turn the Diggers into Miners, so they mine down through the rock.  






On the lower level, turn a left-facing Lemming into a Basher, so he bashes through the block.  





Now turn a left-facing Lemming into a Climber, so he climbs over that tall rock.  






Be aware that there’s a trap in the ground, after the rock.  Before your little friend reaches that trap, turn him into a Builder.  He’ll start building a bridge over the trap, and over the gap afterwards.  Make sure the bridge is long enough to cover the gap.  






Focus on the rest of the Lemmings now.  Turn a left-facing Lemming into a Basher, so he bashes through that high rock.  






Sit back, and watch them march home.  




LEVEL 3:  HEAVEN CAN WAIT (WE HOPE!!!)

Time: 2 minutes


You don’t have much time here, so don’t linger.  Leave the first Lemming alone.  Let the second Lemming walk a few steps away from the trapdoor, then turn him into a Builder, so he builds a hole straight down, thus containing the rest of the Lemmings.  The first Lemming should be near the end of the path, so turn him into a Builder.  Turn your Digger in the hole into a Builder, so he doesn’t dig all the way through the floor.  






Increase the release rate of the Lemmings.  Keep having your Builder on the right, build a bridge up towards home.  When he’s almost bridge the gap:  






Go back to your Lemmings contained in the hole.  From the bottom left corner of the hole, turn a right-facing Lemming into a Builder, so he builds a bridge out of the hole.  






Make sure your Builder on the right is still building his bridge.  Now sit back, and watch them march home.  




LEVEL 4:  LEND A HELPING HAND

The Lemmings drop from 2 separate trapdoors, into 2 separate sections.  You have to get them up to Home at the top.  Be aware of all the traps!  

The first thing you need to do, is to place a Blocker in the right section, to prevent the Lemmings from getting to that trap on the wall.  






Now in the left section, have a right-facing Miner mine down & right.  When he is below the metal pillar, turn him into a Basher.  In the right section, have a left-facing Miner mine down & left.  When he is below the metal pillar, turn him into a Basher.  Thus, you have created a tunnel for the Lemmings to reach the section on the left.  






Focus on the section on the left.  Turn a left-facing Lemming into a Builder, so he builds a bridge up & left.  






Continue building the bridge, until you reach the wall on the left.  From there, turn another Lemming into a Builder, and start building a bridge up & right.  Make sure this bridge is high enough to reach the section in the middle.  






Stop, when you’ve finished this second bridge.  Have you noticed that trap on the wall on the left?  You must avoid that trap!  Unfortunately, your current bridges are not adequate for this, so you must build an extra little bridge.  Near the left side of the top bridge, have a Builder build another bridge up & left, so it lands just below the trap in the wall.  Now have a Builder build a bridge up & right, so it lands just below the upper trap on the right wall.  Build a series of bridges, making sure you avoid the traps on the walls, until you reach the top.  It will look something like this.  






Have a Builder build a final bridge up & right, so the Lemmings can get up the wooden wall, and return home.  






When only the Blocker at the bottom right remains, turn him into a Bomber.  




LEVEL 5:  THE PRISON!

Time: 5 minutes


This looks dangerous!  

When the first Lemming reaches the right edge of the platform, turn him into a Builder, so he builds a bridge up & right.  Turn the second Lemming into a Blocker, so the rest of the Lemmings can’t get to the bridge.  You may have to sacrifice a Lemming, if you can’t click quickly enough, but that‘s okay.  






When the Builder reaches the pillar on the right, he’ll turn around and head left again.  Turn him into a Builder again, and have him build a bridge up & left.  







He’ll turn around, and head right again.  When he reaches the pipes, turn him into a Basher, so he bashes through the pipes.  You have to keep your eye on the ball, here.  When he’s finished bashing through the pipes, quickly turn him back into a Builder, so he builds a bridge up & right.  






Now be extra vigilant here.  When he reaches the next set of pipes, turn him back into a Basher.  After 1 bash, he’ll drop down the hole.  As soon as he falls, have him bash again.  Don’t waste any time here, or he’ll bash the wrong way.  






Now he’s safe, focus on the remaining Lemmings.  Turn your Blocker into a Bomber.  






Sit back, and watch your Lemmings march home.  




LEVEL 6:  COMPRESSION METHOD 1

The title of this level must be taken into account in order to survive - compression.  In other words, you need to keep the Lemmings in a tight little group.  

There are 4 trapdoors that they fall from.  Start by having Bashers bash through each set of bricks on the left (leave the bricks on the right alone).  Keep an eye on the group of Lemmings on the left, and when the first one is under the wall, turn him into a Blocker.  






When all of your Lemmings have fallen to the lower level, they’ll be in a tight little group.  Turn your Blocker into a Bomber, thus releasing the rest of the Lemmings.  







There are hidden traps in the lower level, which will kill some of your Lemmings.  Sadly, there is no way past this.  But by keeping the Lemmings compressed in a little group, you minimise the sacrifices, allowing the majority to reach the safety of home.  




LEVEL 7:  EVERY LEMMING FOR HIMSELF!!!

You don’t have many resources available here, which makes things tricky, so you need to be careful.  Turn the first Lemming into a Climber.  In the gap between the rock, and the directional block, turn the second Lemming into a Blocker.  







The first Lemming will climb over the directional block, and continue on his way.  When he reaches the small block at the end of the platform, turn him into a Builder.  This will make him build a small bridge into the block, then turn around.  Now he’s facing the correct way to tackle the directional block, so turn him into a Basher so he bashes through.  






Now this part is tricky.  Wait for your Basher to turn around and head right again.  When he’s on the right edge of the first rock, turn him into a Builder, so he builds a bridge over the gap.  Be aware that you don’t have much time.  Allow your Builder to drop down to the middle rock.  When he’s at the right edge of the middle rock, turn him into a Builder again, so he builds another bridge up & right.  






As soon as you’ve set him to start building the bridge, use the Pause function, and go to the Lemmings contained on the left.  Turn your Blocker into a Bomber, thus releasing the rest of the Lemmings.  






As soon as you’ve turned your Blocker into a Bomber, go back to the Builder on the right.  Make sure he finishes building this bridge, then have him build a bridge over the next gap.  







The rest of the Lemmings are fast approaching, so don’t linger.  Just sit back, and watch them reach home.  




LEVEL 8:  THE ART GALLERY

Time: 4 minutes


You don’t have any Blockers here, so you have to find another way of stopping Lemmings.  

Ignore the first Lemming for now.  When the second Lemming reaches the solid arch, turn him into a Basher.  When you have a decent hole, turn him into a Builder to stop him from bashing.  






Now focus on the first Lemming.  When he reaches the first ball, turn him into a Basher so he bashes through the rope.  Quickly turn him into a Builder so he builds a bridge over the gap.  Repeat this for each of the 4 balls.  Don’t worry if you fall into a gap in between the balls - just Bash through the balls from the mesh area.  When you’ve reach the right edge of the mesh, turn him into a Builder, so he builds a bridge over the gap.  






Keep building the bridge, until you reach the pillar until it reaches home.  






Go back to the group of Lemmings contained by the arch.  Turn a right-facing Lemming into a Basher, and have him bash all the way through the arch.  







Now sit back, and watch your little friends return home.  




LEVEL 9:  PERSEVERANCE

Turn the first Lemming into a Digger, so he digs straight down.  The second Lemming will slip past, before the hole is deep enough - quickly turn him into a Floater.  






The Floater will reach ground level, and head right.  Shortly before he reaches the metal, turn him into a Miner, so he mines down & right.  At the same time, increase the flow of Lemmings to maximum.  This makes sure that they all enter the hole before it gets too deep.  






The Miner will hit the metal, turn around and go left.  With the remaining Lemmings safely in the hole, all you have to do is set back, and watch them make their way home.  




LEVEL 10:  IZZIE WIZZIE LEMMINGS GET BUSY

Time: 5 minutes


From the bottom left corner of the first pit, turn the first Lemming into a Builder, so he builds a bridge up & right, out of the pit.  As he is builder, turn another Lemming into a Basher, and have him bash through the bottom of the bridge.  This prevents the Lemmings from escaping too soon.  






The first Lemming will carry on, and reach the next pit.  Again, at the bottom left corner, turn him into a Builder so he builds a bridge up & right, out of the pit.  Continue the bridge up to the 3rd pit.  






Now, the gap after the 3rd pit is a little bit too much for your friends to handle.  So from the bottom left corner of the 3rd pit, have him build a bridge up & right out of the pit.  As soon as he’s out, turn him into a Miner, so he mines down & right.  






It may not seem like much, but is the difference between life and death, for those poor little Lemmings.  Now, your Miner will drop down into the last pit.  As before, from the bottom left corner, turn him into a Builder, so he builds a bridge up & right.  Continue the bridge to the home platform.  






Go back to the Lemmings contained in the 1st pit.  Repair the bridge, then sit back, and watch them march home.
