CARNIVAL OF THE DAMNED

 

Watch the cut scene with LeChuck, as he explains how he found the treasure of Big Whoop, and plans to use it to win Elaine’s heart.  When conversation is over, open door of the cart, and leave the carnival ride. 

 

Wait a minute… LeChuck has turned you into a little boy.  You MUST clear your head and rescue Elaine.  But how?  Walk right to enter the carnival. 

 

Talk to Wharf Rat on the left, and work through all the dialogue.  Look at shelves at the back - is that Murray?  Talk to Murray if you like.  Walk right a few steps, talk to Dinghy Dog, and work through all the dialogue.  Challenge Dinghy Dog to guess you’re age.  Since he guesses wrong, you get to pick any prize you like.  No matter what prize you choose, you’ll change your mind, and pick the ANCHOR instead.  So go ahead and pick up the ANCHOR.  It’s on the bottom left shelf. 

 

Try to enter the Roller Coaster on the right, but Dinghy Dog won’t let you, because you are too little. 

 

Okay, that’s it!  You need to clear your head, and get your normal appearance back again!  If you remember from your RECIPE BOOK, the cure for a hangover, as well as clearing your head, is to mix egg, pepper, and hair of the dog that bit you.  Let’s find those ingredients then. 

 

Walk left a few steps.  Use ANCHOR from your Inventory in the stack of meringue pies next to Wharf Rat.  Persuade Wharf Rat to shoot your pie out of the cannon.  He does so, which, of course, knocks the attendant out of commission.  Now open gate next to Wharf Rat, and walk behind the hole, where the attendant was standing.  Use the hole to taunt Wharf Rat.  He fires a MERINGUE PIE at you.  Meringues are made from eggs.  That’s 1 ingredient down, 2 to go. 

 

Walk right a few steps.  Push Dinghy Dog, and keep pushing him until he bites you.  As he bites you, you automatically get some DINGHY DOG HAIR.  That’s 2 ingredients down. 

 

Walk right a few steps, and look at Snow Cone Stand on the right, and take PEPPER MILL from the Snow Cone Stand.  That’s the 3^rd and final ingredient. 

 

Talk to Soda Jerk Guy in the Snow Cone Stand.  He tells you all the different kind of snow cones he has for sale.  Ask him for a PLAIN SNOW CONE.  If your PLAIN SNOW CONE melts, don’t worry, simply ask Soda Jerk Guy for another one.  Now add PEPPER MILL to the SNOW CONE.  Add MERINGUE PIE to the SNOW CONE.  Add DINGHY DOG HAIR to the SNOW CONE.  Now eat the DISGUSTING SNOW CONE.  Watch the cut scene, as you return to normal.
